Growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quotation process, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating seamless communication between our sales team and clients.
Responsibilities :
Quotation Specialist :
Create and maintain accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients
Review customer inquiries and specifications to develop customized quotes.
Ensure quotations are in line with company pricing and policies.
Maintain a database of standard pricing and product information.
Communication :
Act as the liaison between the sales team and customers to clarify quotation details and answer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather information necessary for creating quotations.
Provide prompt responses to customer requests for quotes, modifications, or clarifications.
Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain organized records of all quotations, including revisions and communications.
Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Generate reports on quotation activities and conversion rates.
Follow-Up :
Proactively follow up on quotations to understand the status of pending deals.
Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads.
Assist in developing strategies to convert quotations into sales orders.
Process Improvement :
Identify areas for process improvement in the quotation process and propose solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the quotation process.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Strong math skills required
Proven experience in a sales administrative.
Strong proficiency, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
