We are seeking highly skilled nocturnists to join our top-ranked hospitals in the St. Petersburg, Florida area.
This esteemed team of physicians and advanced practice professionals provides exceptional inpatient, post-acute, and transitional care with a focus on excellence.

: With nearly 55 providers, the team offers a flexible scheduling system, including blocked schedules with additional flex shifts per month. : Patient census varies by hospital or service line assigned, but all encounters are manageable daily interactions supported by a strong team of clinical and/or APP colleagues. : Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, with nocturnist experience preferred, and/or available to start this year. : Active Florida medical licensure is preferred (or applied for ideally). : Contracts are full-time, W2, employed, offering a competitive base salary with lucrative bonuses based on profit-sharing and productivity, as well as full benefits, with most providers' earnings exceeding $300,000. : This is not a locums opportunity nor eligible for visa sponsorship.
