What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advisory Concierge Specialist position at Candidate Experience site?
The Advisory Support Specialist ensures the daily continuity of advisory sales by providing subject matter expertise to financial advisors of Cetera’s advisory offerings, systems, products, and processes through call-in support, issue troubleshooting and “white glove” financial advisor transition and roadmap support of required end-client action(s). This will be a Hybrid position. Locations targeted that we will be adjacent to our Cetera hubs are: San Diego, CA; El Segundo, CA; Dallas, TX, Des Moines, IA, St. Paul/St. Cloud, MN.
What you will do:
- Support Financial Advisors through in-call education, issue troubleshooting and providing guidance to financial advisors and members of Regional Growth Teams.
- Responsible for receiving inbound advisory-specific inquiries from internal and external sources, working toward first-hand resolution and/or directing issues to the appropriate resources.
- Identify sales opportunities and referral hand offs to Advisory Consultants and Regional Growth Teams through discovery process and case triage management.
- Responsible for supporting key advisory business transition points for a financial advisor that require a lot of end-client action(s).
- Create proposals for presentation to advisors as illustrations and proposed transition plan for adoption of advisory business practices (vs. client adoption of advisory products).
- Provide hands-on support to advisors to overcome execution challenges (e.g., build My Advice Architect reports for a financial advisor, creating proposals and completing client paperwork).
- Manage operational tasks (e.g., Advisory paperwork) from preparation through completion on behalf of financial advisors and their clients.
- Partner with transitions and conversion support to deliver operational assistance to financial advisors.
What you need to have:
Licensing, Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 Years in Operational or Sales Support
- Strong Communication (Verbal & Written) & Customer Support Skills
- Proven Track Record of Attention to Detail & Excellent Customer Service
- FINRA Series 7
- Obtain FINRA Series 66 (or 63 & 65) within 90 Days Start in Role
Travel –
Up to 5% to provide face-to-face specialized support to Advisors, attend conferences and/or in-field business development events
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 plus an incentive-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
