We are seeking a Application Architect. The successful candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span in house and third-party products and that includes integration and authentication across systems; solves complex, large-scale business challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the involved technologies.
What you will do:
- Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture.
- Works with all the teams within the portfolio and be the single point of contact for review all the architecture and design
- Understand end to end processes and develop solutions based on this understanding
- Is a master in wealth management technologies special those supporting back-office functions.
- Provide technical guidance to the implementing teams regarding integration technologies.
- Has a deep understanding of wealth management business process and system/technical landscape in this industry
- Recommend best practice solution designs and architecture based on client business needs
- Is instrumental in leading the technical roadmap discuss across all the applications within the portfolio can facilitate implementing Application strategy best practices, documentation of application and integration architecture
- Collaborates with support teams like cloud infrastructure, info sec and data teams to determine how best to implement solution
- Escalation Point for technical issues.
Has knowledge of and has worked in multiple technologies like AWS, SharePoint, and integration solutions - Lead proof of concept in new technology like AI and share knowledge with the team
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management technology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple technology architecture solutions and implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum standards and methodologies
- 5 plus years of Solution Architecture experience in the wealth management industry.
- Significant technology experience with deep, hands-on experience in AWS technology tools
- Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus
- Able to present to executive level audience.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and approach problems with a flexible mind-set.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
