TRPG is currently seeking to add a Bookkeeping/Payroll Specialist position to our team located in Leawood, KS.
What you will do:
- Work with the client to gather both bookkeeping and payroll information
- Have a basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Use personal discretion and judgement on preparation and submission of client accounting and payroll needs
- Organize, prepare and submit bookkeeping and payroll information
- Data entry for bookkeeping clients, tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable and pay bills
- Prepare and process client payroll, including confirming client’s own payroll processing
- Provide timely and high-quality client service to clients
- Follow up with clients regarding changes in accounting rules and regulations
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure best possible client experience
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years prior Bookkeeping/Payroll experience
- Exception attention to detail
- Prior experience with Excel and other Microsoft office products
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
