TRPG is currently seeking to add a Director of Wealth Management position to our team located in Leawood, KS.
What you will do:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership to the Wealth department, instilling a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Mentor and guide a team of Wealth Managers, fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings, set performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Continuous Creation and Implementation of Wealth Manager Training
- Creation and implementation of Wealth Incentive programs
- Assist with Wealth Management Activity reporting
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the firm's compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Business Development:
- Implement new business development efforts
- Ensure implementation of strategic partnerships within the financial services industry
- Centers of Influence program
- Wealth Campaign calendar
- Technology and Innovation:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in the financial industry and champion the integration of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Expert on MoneyGuide Pro and Nitrogen
What you will have:
- 10 years of experience within the Finance industry, preferably within the RIA space
- CFP preferred
- Prior experience in a team leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 plus annual bonus potential. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
