Atrium Health is offering a new Virtualist Primary Care Model to improve access, convenience, and quality to patients within our existing Atrium primary care practices. This is a growing team and the Virtualist team will eventually be responsible for providing video visits to more than 20 Atrium Health primary care practices.
Highlights of the position:
- Office hours are Monday–Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (4.5 Work Week!)
- Family Medicine Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
- Virtual urgent and longitudinal chronic care management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients
- Ancillary support and referrals available, along with digital diagnostics
- Support with multi-state licensing
- No call

Ideal candidate:
- Passion for innovation

- 3 years of experience preferred in Primary Care (Family Medicine); Urgent Care also accepted
