Job Summary
The Financial Analyst II performs duties of moderate to high complexity, judgment and scope. Those duties include analyzing variances, trends and reports, preparing project close analysis, troubleshooting problem areas and making recommendations for improving and implementing procedures. This individual must be able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision from the Financial Services Department Manager.
Essential Functions
- Evaluates completed capital projects to determine appropriate classification of assets and places in service in Core Connect Fixed Asset system.
- Maintains assets including adjustments, verifications, reconciliations, and disposals.
- Evaluates processes for possible improvements and measure inefficiencies.
- Prepare and review financial reports and analyses related to capital assets and trends
- Prepares and/or reviews special requests for data analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for audit schedules
- Provides analysis and assistance for Budget completion
- Works accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with many assignments subject to critical deadlines that must be achieved.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and utilizing computer required. Repetitive wrist motion and occasional lifting of 10-20 pounds. Requires frequent verbal and written communication in English. Responsible for working in a safe manner.

Base Pay: $63,398.40 - 95,076.80 annually
Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. 2-3 years of related work experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented and highly analytical and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with Oracle ERP a plus.
