What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Fitness Instructor PRN position at Candidate Experience site?
Group Fitness Instructor - PRN
1 or 2 classes per week
Effectively leads the various group fitness classes in safe manner. Provides programming that results in membership engagement and incorporates basic fitness principles. Class instruction may be limited to certain styles (i.e. yoga, Pilates, step, etc.). Class types subject to the needs of the facility and the direction of group fitness supervisor or other management. Classes are assigned to instructors as needed and may be added or changed as directed by management.
What is required:
High School diploma or GED
One year of experience based on certification
Nationally recognized group fitness certification or equivalent certification with Group Fitness Supervisors approval and appropriate CEC’s to keep certification current
Current CPR required (AHA)
