What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Lab Technologist- Temp ($65 per hour) position at Candidate Experience site?
MLTs may perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility and a minimal exercise of independent judgment for which competency has been demonstrated, to include: CLIA waived tests, and automated CBC, chemistries and coagulation studies. Any testing may be delegated to a MLT by section supervisors (Medical Technologists) if the MLT has documented competency, the delegating supervisor accepts responsibility for the accuracy of tests results, and review of testing is performed by the supervisor.

- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Experience
- One year formal training in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Licensure/Certification
- Registered Medical Laboratory Technician, ASCP or equivalent
