Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Imaging Department located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our clients.
What you will do:
- Provide operational, customer service and administrative support for the Imaging Department (internally and externally)
- Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include scanning, indexing, training reps, working within Docupace and with Docupace (our retention and workflow vendor), etc.
- Perform research and interpret contents of company and customer documents.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, Instant Messaging, phone and various work queues
- Be a liaison between customers/financial professionals and institutions, including banks, credit unions and clearing firms
- Perfom various actions within Docupace and Salesforce including merging documents, splitting documents, uploading documents, etc.
- Perform research as requested on customer accounts.
- Provide phone support for department.
- Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $42,000 - $50,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
