Primary Purpose
FT Days. Hybrid Remote.
Serve as a project manager to lead complex projects in the assigned business unit and technology space. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, and uphold high-quality deliverables.
Major Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage healthcare projects, developing detailed plans and schedules.
- Track progress, adjust timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Align project goals with organizational objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Lead regular meetings to exchange information, clarify objectives, and promote dialogue.
- Ensure all project activities align with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services and patient outcomes.
- Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to meet patient care needs.
- Oversee operations such as record keeping, supply chain management, and budgeting.
- Identify and address challenges or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement solutions that support project goals and maintain compliance standards.
- Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to project teams, building confidence and engagement.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes clear communication and shared accountability.
- Collect and evaluate project-related data to track progress and outcomes
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance and improvement opportunities.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field.
Certification / Registration / License: None Required. Prefer PMP Certification preferred
Work Experience: Typically requires 3 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a technological environment and demonstrated excellence in communication, organization and leadership.
Project management experience, Seeking candidate who brings disciplined leadership and isn't afraid to address variations from standards, timelines, or milestones
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Extensive experience with Microsoft’s office 365 suite, including Microsoft’s project management offerings/tools, or other project management software.
- Application of project management techniques to technology-based projects, including but not limited to Agile development practices.
- Understanding of data governance principles and their application to departmental processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
