As a member of our Workplace and Retirement team, you will make a difference and leave a lasting impact. The Wealth Bridge Sales Enablement role will serve as the conductor for our participant engagement approach. This role will be hybrid, work from home and from our Denver, CO office.
What you will do:
- Manage the segmentation/lead pipeline,
- Track referrals for our affiliated Plan Advisors
- Launch appropriate digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the Advisor and Participant CX process and reporting, and be the lead for team KPI’s/Dashboard.
- Assist with escalated client issues and other special projects as needed
What you will have:
- Prior Financial Services Experience
- CRM (Salesforce or Redtail) experience
- Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve
- Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent training/experience
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 plus a bonus program. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
