Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is currently seeking a Senior Investment Solutions Manager to help grow Advisory programs and products associated with our award-winning Investment Advisory platform, My Advice Architect. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the competitive positioning and growth of the program solutions available on My Advice Architect. This role will contribute to roadmap strategy, program and product enhancements and key projects. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing competitive positioning of the My Advice Architect platform, enabling financial professionals to provide quality advice and service to investor clients.
This is a hybrid role, candidates must be near an office location: El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | Des Moines, IA | St Cloud, MN | St Paul, MN | Dallas, TX.
What you will do:
- Program and Product Development
- Work with leadership to understand and execute strategic priorities, identify opportunities for program and product enhancements
- Support a continuous cycle of exploring potential offerings and processes and identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Identify new opportunities to broaden value proposition, drive advisory adoption and see through to execution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and expectations for delivery of initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of program and product enhancements from concept to launch
- Assist in the gathering of intelligence / competitive analysis on trends in investment advisory programs and products
- Act as a subject matter expert on special projects
- Program and Product Management
- Assist with the management of third-party relationships including new product and program enhancement opportunities
- Build an detailed understanding of current-state program and product offerings
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of the Advisory Sales and Recruiting teams
- Provide program and product mapping support for acquisitions / conversions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve program and product offerings
- Capture and share business results, best practices and success insights to share with internal teams and leadership
What you need to have:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university; Master’s degree desirable; Securities licenses (Series 7, 24, 63/65, 66) preferred
- In depth knowledge of Envestnet (ENV2) system, Orion knowledge a plus
- In depth understanding of the Investment Advisory landscape and Advisory program and product offerings
- CFP, CIMA, AIF or other relevant industry designations highly desirable
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Personal integrity, professionalism and strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail-oriented
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred

Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
