What we need:
Cetera is seeking a Senior Messaging Engineer/System Admin. with experience managing enterprise Office 365 and Exchange environments. Responsible for design, planning, implementation, management, and Tier II and Tier III support for the Office 365 environment and surrounding systems. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our broker dealer clients.
What you will do:
- Exchange Online – including O365 Office apps.
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Skype for Business Online
- Proofpoint
- Azure Active Directory Responsible for performing Office 365 migrations for external customers
- Quest OnDemand Migration Manager (QoD)
- Document changes to the systems using change management best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
- Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution
- Troubleshoot any issues with email flow.
- Maintain a knowledge database
- Ability to own, communicate and drive resolution in a timely manner to meet customer SLA's.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, to appropriately prioritize tasks and keep abreast of the latest technology
What you need to have:
- 7-10 years of overall Information Technology experience
- 3 years of Office 365 tenant administration/global administration experience
- 3 years of Scripting (PowerShell) experience
- 2 years of Exchange Online experience
- 3 years of experience in Exchange on premise
- 1 year of Microsoft Teams administration

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
