Candidate Source has immediate job openings for Production Associates with a growing Manufacturer in Ashland, VA. These positions offer 40 hours per week, weekly pay, and the opportunity for long term growth.
Shift :
1st Shift : 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)
Job Duties :
Assemble blinds according to production specifications and quality standards.
Cut, measure, and attach materials such as fabric, aluminum, or wood.
Operate hand tools, saws, and automated machines.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control.
Package and label finished blinds for shipping.
Job Requirements :
Must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation to the Ashland, VA area
Previous experience with manual labor in a warehouse environment (No Equipment used in this role)
Comfortable reading and interpreting shipping tickets to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
