Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls to provide support and resolve inquiries.
Assess and prioritize customer needs based on urgency and importance.
Communicate accurate order details to dispatchers.
Crosstrain on logistics processes to provide backup support when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Exceptional communication skills with a clear phone voice and a patient demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean MVR report.
Proof of vaccination for COVID-19, Flu, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and TB.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous customer service experience in a high-call-volume environment.
