RGF is now emerging from its highly successful initial 5-year pilot, and we are building a team to attract investors and partners to join us on this exciting journey.
The Associate will support the Lead in managing relationships with potential investors and partners for the Roundglass Foundation (RGF). They will assist in building and maintaining connections, helping to carry out engagement strategies, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-up communication. The Associate will also provide support for fundraising efforts, event coordination, and preparing reports for investors and partners. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for RGF’s mission. Experience in relationship-building or administrative tasks is preferred but not required.
What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle with prospective donors, including identifying leads, initiating meetings, making presentations, writing proposals, and closing agreements.
Proactively execute aspects of the fundraising plan by engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other entities.
Identify key non-profit events and awards to attend, and network with important stakeholders to promote the Foundation as a strong, impactful organization and increase its visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and enhance fundraising opportunities.
Assist in creating budgets for new projects with the Strategy and Finance team and support program management.
Monitor donor websites for opportunities aligned with the Foundation’s work.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing donors through ongoing engagement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of development office planning, policies, procedures, and goal setting.

Confidence, professionalism, and passion for the mission to provide progressive housing and support to help people achieve and sustain independence.
Strong empathy & perseverance; highest ethical standards; optimistic, positive and charismatic disposition
College Degree: advanced degree preferred
3 years’ experience with nonprofit leadership, board governance, individual and corporate fundraising, business strategy, team building, organizational development and performance enhancement.
Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 plus full benefits to start. Rapid promotion with performance pay increases and responsibility will come quickly to the right individual, as soon as year one, with potential pay exceeding $140,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
