POSITION SUMMARY:
To contribute to areas sales objectives by assisting the delivery diver with the transporting and delivery of products to stores and supermarkets.
We offer a competitive salary of $16.45 per hour with opportunity for overtime and holiday premium pay. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 90 days of employment. 40 hours of sick leave; 1 week of vacation after a year of service, 7 Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
Unload the products from the truck at the customer’s locations.
Merchandise product where required.
Create, develop and maintain a strong rapport in every account.
Attend all scheduled meetings and be an active participant.
Attend all training sessions.
Follow all company safety guidelines.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and one-year successful deliver/merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.
Two years delivery/merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.
