Plasma Operator / Welder Our purpose is to design and deliver innovative solutions to protect the traveling public and road workers by making transportation safer, smarter, and more sustainable.   Plasma Operator / Welder Job Summary:   The duties and responsibilities of a plasma operator/welder are to utilize tools to perform welding functions on production materials as well as maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall facility.   Plasma Operator / Welder Job Duties:  Use of hand tools: grinders, scrapers, tape measures, etc.  Proficient in GMAW and FCAW welding  Able to pass a welding test  Ability to lift to 60lbs  Other job-related functions may be required Clean and prepare work areas. Load and unload materials and equipment Drive a forklift as needed Operating and maintaining machinery Assists line workers, shipping/receiving etc.   Plasma Operator / Welder Requirements: High School Diploma or higher Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 2 years of Welding experience Excellent physical condition and coordination Detail Oriented – isolates problems and determines and implements solutions Adaptable/Flexible – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Autonomous/Independent – good at working with little direction   Our core values contribute to customer satisfaction and business success by guiding our actions and decisions, helping us to consistently deliver high-quality products and services, and building trust and loyalty with our customers.
