Candid Connection Solutions Limited is looking for a dedicated and detailoriented HR Assistant (Onboarding) to join our growing team. This fulltime remote position is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding new employees through their first steps ensuring they feel welcomed informed and prepared to succeed.
What Youll Do
As our HR Assistant (Onboarding) youll be responsible for :
Managing the Onboarding Process : From offer acceptance to the first day youll ensure every new hire has a structured and positive onboarding experience.
Handling PreEmployment Requirements : Coordinate background checks employment verification and necessary documentation.
Preparing Onboarding Materials : Ensure contracts policies and employee handbooks are sent signed and properly stored.
Conducting Welcome Sessions : Host virtual orientations to introduce new hires to company culture values and expectations.
Coordinating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with HR and department leaders to align onboarding with business needs.
Providing Ongoing Support : Be the goto person for new hires answering questions and helping them integrate smoothly.
Tracking and Improving Processes : Maintain onboarding records and suggest enhancements for a better experience.
What We are Looking For
Experience in HR Onboarding or Employee Relations (1 year preferred but a strong passion for HR is key!
Excellent Communication Skills : Youll be the first point of contact for new employees!
Strong Organizational Skills : Managing multiple onboarding processes requires efficiency and attention to detail.
TechSavvy : Comfortable using HR software digital forms and virtual meeting tools.
Ability to Work Independently & Collaborate Remotely : You should be proactive reliable and a strong team player.
