Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Job Description:
General laborers assist in crafting quality cabinets from raw wood to completion. Ideal candidates have woodworking experience or familiarity with power tools like sanders, drills, CNC machines, staplers, presses, and spray guns.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work at a pace that will keep up with production flow.
- Use power tools or other equipment necessary for the specific position.
- Able to work the schedule with good attendance.
- Possess a good attitude and be a team player.
- Able to stand/walk throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Some positions will require lifting/moving 10-50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Other duties as assigned to support the goals of the company.

- Experience: Woodworking experience preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.

- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adjust to evolving processes and procedures.
