Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, guest relations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Coordinate with the night audit team to ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for reservations, inquiries, and guest communications.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred.

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
