Hotel Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a vital part of our hospitality staff, you will ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Your role will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience, reflecting our commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service in the hotel industry.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries and refreshments.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and dining areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or floor care tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
