Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

*Job Summary* The Head Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves managing a team of housekeepers, coordinating daily operations, and implementing effective cleaning procedures to enhance guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment. *Duties* - Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and procedures. - Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. - Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events that require additional housekeeping support. - Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. - Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and inspection reports. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
