The Award Winning Candlewood Suites Extended Stay Hotel, Williston, ND is looking for experienced Front Desk Associates to join our outstanding Front Desk team for our 3 pm - 11 pm and 11 pm- 7 am shifts. This schedule could be a mix of evening and overnight shifts to meet your flexible schedule needs. Qualified applicants must be able to work in a team atmosphere and present a friendly service oriented demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times presenting a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor
- Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone
- Checks Guests in and out of hotel
- Makes hotel reservations
- Provides directions and guest assistance as needed
- Demonstrates good computer skills
- Accurately handles cash and charges
- Stand for long periods of time
Previous hotel experience a plus. Customer service experience preferred, likes to interact with people and must have an outgoing personality. Someone who enjoys smiling.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
