Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Assist with the night audit process as needed, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
