Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage phone systems to take reservations and respond to guest requests efficiently.
- Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on front desk operations and customer service protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform night audits effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
