Responsibilities
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records of guest accounts.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the night.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel management is preferred but not required.
