Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage and supervise hotel staff
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Cover any missing shifts not covered
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational plans and budgets
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Utilize phone systems and other communication tools to effectively communicate with staff and guests
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is preferred
