This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. - Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. - Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. - Follow established housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure guest satisfaction. - Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. - Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies. *Requirements* - Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary while performing cleaning duties. - A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and customer service at all times. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
