Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Conduct thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as necessary.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, demonstrating an understanding of customer service excellence.
- Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment usage, including industrial cleaning methods.
- Knowledge of floor care practices to maintain various types of flooring surfaces effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
