Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas. This role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking rooms and other hotel areas to maintain a high standard of hospitality. The Housekeeper plays a key role in providing a positive guest experience through attention to detail and consistent cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
- Replace used towels, sheets, and other linens with clean ones.
- Replenish room amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
- Check for and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or appliances.
- Ensure that rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., towels, toiletries).
- Common Area Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces in high-traffic areas to maintain a neat and presentable environment.
Job Type: Full-time
