As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your responsibilities will include maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. * Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies for daily operations. * Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the appropriate department. * Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. * Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns. * Maintain a clean and organized storage and laundry area. * Adhere to brand and company standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills * Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods. * Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
