Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address any housekeeping-related issues or complaints from guests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
