As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying the root cause of problems and implementing effective solutions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other techniques
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot equipment issues
- Utilize logic controllers to program or adjust equipment settings as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns or issues
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
