Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel's facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems
- Install and maintain new equipment
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts
- Keep maintenance records up to date
- Comply with all safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
