Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to serve as our Office Manager & Executive Assistant. This role is a unique blend of administrative support, human resources, and technical recruitment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing dedicated support to the CEO / President, and contributing to the growth of our team by assisting with HR duties and technical recruitment.

Qualifications :
3 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory. HR and tech recruiting experience a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
