What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Cashier/Crew position at Candy Cloud?
Job Purpose: A Candy Cloud Crew Member reports to the manager or lead on duty for station assignment. Their main goal is customer service at its best throughout their shift and making drinks urgently the Candy Cloud way.
Specific duties and Responsibilities:
- They are responsible for the tasks given to them by their manager (staying planted at their assigned station during a rush, stocking or cleaning, etc).
- Completing tasks given to them in a timely manner.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Making drinks efficiently

- Cleaning surfaces when time permits and as you work during rushes
- Making product when needed
- They need to be confident in using the Sealing machine
- They need to be confident in curbside orders and all pickup orders coming in and make sure to bump them off once handed out on the iPad
- Communicates efficiently and clearly any needs or misunderstandings of any training or expectations as we are a growing business and things change often
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
