Our General Manager is the heart of Candy Cloud:

As a Candy Cloud General Manager, you own all aspects of leading, managing, and developing your team to success.  You are responsible for the success of your store by making key decisions and solving problems. You inspire others to succeed.

As a General Manager, some of your responsibilities include:

• Be a brand ambassador of our core values and brand nature 
• Ensure extraordinary guest experiences 
• Team leadership and development
• Oversee consistent delivery of high-quality operations and service
• Grow sales and maximize profitability

You meet these requirements:

• Three years management experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive positive results
• Proven ability to run great shifts
• Demonstrated understanding of the business
• ServSafe certification
• At least 18 years of age
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: Starting at $50,000 -$60,000 / year
