Position Overview :

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives. You’ll develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand, generate leads, and increase engagement across platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and an eye for emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing & Content Creation :

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote properties, events, and brand awareness.
  • Create visually appealing graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including flyers, social media content, and listing presentations.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, staying ahead of emerging trends and platform updates.
  • Optimize content for SEO and manage online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.

Listing & Property Support :

  • Attend property photoshoots to ensure homes are presented in their best light and capture behind-the-scenes content.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers for listing media, ensuring timely scheduling and delivery.
  • Install and remove lockboxes, for-sale signs, and other listing-related materials.
  • Pick up and deliver print marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, and signage, to properties and offices.
  • Assist with staging preparation, light tidying, and quality control before listing launches.
  • Oversee marketing logistics for open houses, client events, and special promotions.
  • Technology & Team Collaboration :

  • Leverage CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms to drive results and track campaign performance.
  • Work closely with real estate agents, vendors, and service providers to execute high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or commensurate experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and video editing software.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience using CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
