Job Description
The Youth Care Worker is primarily responsible for the direct care and supervision of youth, appropriate application of trauma informed care, and demonstrated use of Trust Based Relational Interventions through connecting, empowering and correcting children in the program
Qualifications:
Individual who is at least twenty one years of age with the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual stability necessary to enhance direct support and trauma informed care for healthy development of adolescents. Minimum requirement of high school education with one year experience in child care field; or two years of undergraduate study in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Education or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
