Cane Rosso is known for serving the most authentic wood-fired pizzas in Texas, all baked to perfection in beautiful wood-fired ovens. We make dough, mozzarella, toppings, dressings, and more in-house every single day at all restaurants.

Catering Pizza Maker Responsibilities:
- You prepare and cook all pizzas according to specifications and recipes, you create special pies, and assist with training new team members.
- You organize and manage all food orders in an orderly fashion and communicate with team members to ensure all food is baked properly.
- You are personally hygienic and professionally you maintain a clean working area while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
- You keep a positive approach with coworkers and customers, and you're ok being the center of attention from time to time, as our pizza makers are on the main floor facing the guests.
Catering Pizza Maker Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid Driver License
- Must have experience driving with/pulling a trailer
- A food handler's license.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven experience working in the catering industry.
- Experience cooking or making pizzas
- Ability to work outside. Work to include prepping and cooking food items.
