What You'll Be Doing:
- You give a warm welcome to every Guest and seat parties.
- You operate OpenTable Guest Center, manage the waitlist, & confirm reservations.
- You answer the phone and direct calls accordingly and you manage the flow of the restaurant seating chart.
- Take and ring in to go orders.
- Consolidate to go orders and serve to them to guests upon arrivals.
- Take payments for to go orders.
Requirements:
- You have at least 1 year of hosting or serving experience under your belt.
- You're friendly, caring, and have a proactive attitude that's ready to work and greet people with a smile.
- You may be eligible to receive a higher rate of pay if you are proficient in OT Guest Center.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
