Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate orders and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Buss tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new arrivals.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems such as OpenTable.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean dining environment.
