Job Description:
This position will be to use your office skills as a member of a team to bring an exceptional level of service to our clients and crew. Position requires knowledge in all aspects of running an office.
- Administrative: phones, records managements, scanning, photocopying, filing, typing, organization, maintain client list, mail, e-mails, maintain office equipment and computers, office supplies, cleaning, errands, MS Office software
- Client relations: proposals, contracts, change orders, permits, diggers hotline, assist Project Coordinator.
- Accounting: AP, AR, submitting payroll, bank reconciliations, work with accountant, 1099's, weekly cash flow, budgeting, balance sheet, profit and loss, job costing, QuickBooks software
- Human Resources: new hire paperwork and reporting, workers comp and insurance, insurance audit, employee relations, vacations
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- This is a non-supervisory role.
Our unique office is located in a beautiful rural setting just north of the Vernon Wildlife Area in the Township of Mukwonago.
