This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
What you will do as a Millwright Lead :
- Work with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery, including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic / pneumatic systems involved in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure our systems run smoothly by overseeing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
- Apply your knowledge, skills, and experience to troubleshoot issues, boost equipment reliability, and implement safe, reliable fixes to maximize production uptime.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail to identify and request relevant parts to complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accountability for fostering a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
