Summary of Position Mission
An Assembly Worker at Canik USA is responsible for assembling firearm components and products according to detailed specifications and assembly procedures. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints or technical diagrams, using hand tools and machinery to assemble parts, and ensuring that all components fit and function properly.
Assembly workers must conduct quality checks throughout the process, identify and address any defects, and meet production targets while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
- To carry out the assembly activities in accordance with the work plan and assembly work instructions made by the assembly supervisor
- To inform the supervisors about the nonconformities and problems that arise during the assembly phase, not to carry out the assembly of products that do not comply with the work instructions
- To carry out periodic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and machines in the assembly section
Qualifications & Knowledge Required

- At least a vocational high school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal manufacturing equipment. No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of job duties.
