YOUR SCHEDULE AS A KENNEL TECH MANAGER
Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7 AM to Noon, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
YOUR DAY
As a part-time Kennel Tech Manager, your day will revolve around making sure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our four-legged guests. You'll manage employee schedules, delegate tasks, and train staff to ensure the best care for the dogs. Keeping the facility clean, tidy, and well-stocked will also be a priority. You'll work on creating efficient systems, overseeing operations, and solving any challenges that come up. Whether it's running errands, maintaining supplies, or using your marketing skills to keep our grooming and boarding schedule full, you'll play an essential role in making Canine Country Club a trusted and happy place for pets and their owners!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Management experience or experience with handling dogs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong marketing skills are preferred but not required.
