How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts that provide visibility into business performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial results and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, providing meaningful explanations for key performance metrics
- Support the annual budgeting process with detailed analysis and thoughtful recommendations
- Create insightful financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment between financial reporting and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in our financial planning and analysis processes
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
